- 2 tablespoons besan/chickpea flour or breadcrumbs
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped

- 1 teaspoon (or more) paprika
- A little oil for frying/frying and a little for mixing

- Boil the spinach leaves in water for 5 minutes.
- Then drain the water and finely chop the leaves.
- Put the spinach in the blender, then the chickpeas
- Add salt, paprika, garlic, coriander seeds and peppercorns.
