Steps to make Brady's Florentine Stuffed Chicken
- Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tsp. Oil. Add a shawl. Boil 4 minutes. Stir often. Add the spinach, broth and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Open and cook until the liquid has completely evaporated. Get out of the fire. Mix the ricotta with the cheese. Lay off
- Cut the bottom third of the asparagus. Put in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and Greek spices.
- Preheat the oven to 425.
